2. Updates to the Terms

Teyz is always evolving. We may update these Terms or the Platform to reflect improvements, new features, or legal requirements. You should regularly check for updates. If a change significantly impacts you, we’ll do our best to notify you a month in advance. Continuing to use Teyz means you accept the updated Terms.

3. Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Teyz account. You’re responsible for your account’s security and lawful use. If you’re setting up an account for someone else or a business, you must have their permission. Keep your login details private, and if you suspect your account’s compromised, let us know immediate

4. Choosing Your Username

Your username must respect the rights of others and not be offensive, misleading, or based on someone else’s identity (like a celebrity or brand). If issues arise with your username, we may ask you to change it or, in some cases, reclaim it — especially if your account has been inactive for over six months.

5. Managing Your Subscription

Teyz offers both free and paid plans. You can cancel your plan anytime. If you cancel a paid plan, it usually runs until the end of your billing period before switching to a free plan. Refunds are generally not offered. If you subscribed via the App Store or Google Play, you must cancel through them directly.

6. Your Content

You're responsible for everything you post on Teyz — including text, links, videos, and products ("Content").
. By posting, you confirm that:

• • Your content respects others’ privacy and intellectual property rights.
• • Your content is accurate and legal.
• • Your content doesn't harm Teyz or others (no malware, misleading ads, or unauthorized scraping).

We may remove content that violates these rules or relevant laws.

7. How Teyz Uses Your Content

By posting content on Teyz, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, permanent license to use, display, modify, and promote your content — including your name, image, and voice — on Teyz and for our marketing. You still own your content, but it will be publicly accessible and may be shared by others. Avoid posting sensitive personal information you don’t want made public. Only share another person’s information if you have their permission. We reserve the right to remove or restrict content that doesn’t align with these Terms.

8. Monetizing Your Content

If you’re eligible, Teyz will notify you when you can access monetization features.

• Location:Location: You must live in an eligible country to use monetization tools. If you move, access might be removed.
• Email Verification:You must verify your email with Teyz first.
• Account Standing: Standing: Access can be restricted if you violate Teyz’s Terms, Community Standards, or other policies.
• Commissions:
  • o Teyz may set commission rates for products sold through affiliate links, which may change anytime.
  • o If you independently promote third-party products outside of Teyz’s affiliate network, Teyz isn't responsible for those commissions or partnerships.
• Disclosure Obligations:
  • o You must clearly inform users if you earn commissions from affiliate links or partnerships, following local laws.
  • o Teyz may display disclosure notices on your profile, and you must not tamper with them.
• Payments:
  • o Commissions earned will be paid monthly once confirmed as “closed transactions.”
  • o You must link a payment account (like Stripe or PayPal) and complete any KYC requirements.
  • o If your account is terminated or cancelled, only closed commissions will be paid. Pending commissions may be forfeited.

9. Suspension or Cancellation of Your Account

Teyz may suspend or cancel your account if you violate the Terms, Community Standards, or other policies. Depending on the seriousness of the issue, Teyz might downgrade your account, restrict features, or fully cancel your account.

• • You might not get a refund for fees already paid.
• • Teyz is not responsible for any content lost due to suspension or cancellation.
• • If you think your account was suspended unfairly, you must first try to resolve it with Teyz before taking legal action (allow one month for resolution).

10. Your Responsibility for Visitors and Customers

You're responsible for how people interact with your Teyz profile, whether they’re customers or casual visitors.

• • You must comply with all applicable laws regarding your users and transactions.

11. Feedback

If you share feedback with Teyz, they can use it freely without owing you compensation. Some features may be offered in “beta,” meaning they are still being tested and may not be fully reliable.

12. Teyz Platform Ownership

Teyz owns all rights to its platform (except your personal content).

• 1. You get a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform.
• 2. You can’t use Teyz’s name, logo, or other IP without written permission.
• 3. Copying, reverse-engineering, or modifying the platform is prohibited

13. Fees and Payment

You are responsible for managing your taxes related to monetization activities on Teyz. Teyz is not liable if you fail to meet your tax obligations.

Teyz may recommend content, products, or services based on your profile and user activity, but these recommendations are not endorsements.

Teyz is not responsible nor liable for how you use the platform or any losses you may suffer.

• • Teyz is not responsible for third-party products, services, or fees.

21. App Terms

When using Teyz’s app :

• • You have a limited, non-transferable license to install and use it on your device.
• • If you downloaded the app from Apple or Google, additional terms apply.
• • If your account is cancelled, you must delete the app.

22. Open-Source Software

Parts of Teyz’s platform use open-source software, which has its own licenses. You must follow those license terms.
